All new holiday homes are sold with a full 10 year licence agreement.
All pre-owned holiday homes are sold with a balance of the agreement period or a maximum of 5 years.
Licence agreements are renewed thereafter on an annual basis.
Holiday homes are for holiday use only and cannot be used as a permanent residence.
